KC Custom Designs Ltd has been building and creating high-quality homes for the past 14 years. Owner, Cindy Scott is a licensed 2-5-10 yr builder, who has combined her design background, construction knowledge and eye for detail to form a custom home building niche. KC Custom Designs homes consist of well-designed floor plans which are both functional and aesthetically pleasing, with attention to detail flowing seamlessly from both the interior to the exterior. Specializing in new-home construction and renovations, Cindy’s passion for excellence, craftsmanship and integrity is reflected in both her team and trades people. With an eye for character and classic design, KC Custom Designs has set a standard for a well-loved and crafted home, creating designs and details for the way you live.
